Reconceiving My Body: Take Two, from the Heart, is the first volume of a multi-part, multi-genre series I have planned to develop the more general theme, "Reconceiving Our Bodies." The Integral Anatomy Series of DVDs featured on this site actually represents the second "volume" of the Reconceiving Our Bodies series. It is just a much bigger project than I had originally envisioned, and will also include a book titled Integral Anatomy. As for Reconceiving My Body, I decided I needed to "walk the talk" before inviting anyone to join me. The idea that we can actually grow new bodies by shifting the way that we conceive of our bodies and ourselves is one over which I have thought for a long time. But thinking about it only got me outlines on paper. The real thing has come for me from the heart, feeling my way into new and more pleasurable ways of being in the world as a whole person, embodied.
